Belle Rose is a collective of independent stylists who chose to build something different — a salon that feels less like a chair rental and more like a home for craft, friendship, and the clients who walk through our door.
How It Started
More than just a salon.
fourteen years in the making.
What started as a dream I carried for years slowly became something real through faith, timing, and the incredible support of the people around me. After 14 years behind the chair, opening my own salon always lived in the back of my mind — but for a long time, it felt out of reach. Then one day, all the pieces finally came together, and Belle Rose was born.
Located in the Joplin, Missouri area and serving surrounding communities — including Carthage, Webb City, and the entire Four-State region — Belle Rose was created to be more than just a salon. From the moment you walk through our doors, we want you to feel comfort, confidence, and ease — luxury without the pressure. Our space blends elevated beauty with a warm, western-inspired atmosphere clients often describe as having an Arizona or Texas feel: relaxed, welcoming, and effortlessly beautiful.
At Belle Rose, we believe beauty services should never feel rushed. We’re passionate about quality over quantity and creating an experience where clients can truly unwind, connect, and leave feeling refreshed from the inside out. Whether you’re here for dimensional color, lived-in blonding, luxury extensions, lashes, facials, massage therapy, or self-care services, our goal is always the same — to help you feel your absolute best.

Every stylist here is their own brand. But we share education, late-night problem-solving, and the kind of honest feedback that only comes from people who’ve sat in your chair too.

We build cuts and color you can live in — wash days, off days, no-time-in-the-morning days. If it only looks good leaving the chair, we didn’t finish the job.
I wanted to build a salon I would actually want to work in — one where every stylist owns their craft, every guest feels seen, and Sunday afternoons feel just as good as Saturday mornings. Seven years in, that's still the only thing on the wall.

2019
The Beginning
Three stylists, one storefront, and a handshake agreement to do it our way.
2021
The Expansion
We moved into our current studio — twice the size, twice the natural light, same coffee machine.
2023
The Education
Three of our stylists earned Harper Ellis ELITE certification in the Concealed Bead Method.
2026
Today
Nine independent artists, two estheticians, one permanent cosmetics specialist, and over 1,200 regulars.
